What is a Diamond Point?
A Diamond Point is 24spark's in-platform currency. When you add money to your wallet, it is converted at a fixed rate of 1 INR = 1 Diamond Point, which you can spend across the platform.
Are package amounts refundable?
No. All amounts paid for packages or wallet top-ups are non-refundable. The amount is converted into Diamond Points and can be used as you go across the platform.
How does "pay as you go" work?
Instead of a recurring subscription, you top up your wallet whenever you like. Diamond Points are deducted only when you use a paid feature such as listing a diamond or unlocking a buyer's contact.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. Depending on your package, you can add and manage multiple branch accounts from a single business dashboard.
Can I upload diamonds in bulk?
Yes, you can use our Excel bulk upload tool to add hundreds of diamonds or parcels at once instead of adding them one by one.
